Feeding Pump
Feeding pump is used as the equipment to inject the slurry into filter press chambers, and provide the original pressure which can separate solid and liquid in the filtration process. Feeding pump is different from water pump which shall be characterized by strong corrosion resistance, strong wear resistance and good liquid passing ability.
Plunger feeding pump is a volumetric pump that can provide a feeding pressure of up to 2Mpa. Its flow rate can automatically decrease with the increase of feeding pressure, making it particularly suitable for high viscosity, fine particle or high organic matter content slurry such as kaolin, ball clay and municipal wastewater.
Centrifugal feeding pump has a large flow rate and stable linear, it can better adapt to the characteristics of the filter press feeding process when used in conjunction with a frequency converter. It is suitable for easily filtered slurry such as concentrate and tailings dewatering, industrial wastewater filtration and hyrometallurgy industries.
AODD feeding Pump is easy to operate and maintain because it is driven by compressed air instead of motor, and it has multiple material options, which makes it suitable for either food and chemical industry or various types of wastewater. It is a good optional choice for feeding small and medium-sized filter press.
