Water Pump
Water pump is used to meet various process requirements in the filter press system, such as squeezing, cloth washing and cake washing. The type, flow rate, and head of these water pumps must perfectly match with the filter press size in order to ensure the efficiency and performance of the entire filtration system.
When the membrane filter press requires a squeezing pressure of more than 10 bar, using water as the squeezing medium is the most economical method. At this time, a squeezing pump is needed, vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is compact in structure, stable in performance and easy to maintain, making it the most commonly used squeezing pump choice.
In order to regenerate the filter press cloth, the cloth washing system requires high-pressure water of 4Mpa or even 5Mpa. Mechanical piston pump is very suitable to be used as the cloth washing pump thanks to its simple structure, high efficiency and energy-saving character.
The washing of filter cake does not require high pressure, but requires a continuous and stable flow rate. Centrifugal chemical pumps have good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and can meet the requirements of various cake washing conditions.
