When the slurry coming into filter press is highly abrasive, we will choose a pinch valve as the feeding valve; When the slurry is highly corrosive, ball valve performs better thanks to its good sealing design; And when the media in the pipeline is filtrate, clean water or compressed air, we prefer to use a butterfly valve to achieve cost reduction.
Pressure transmitter is used to provide feedback on pipeline pressure in order to control it within the setted range; Flowmeters are used to measure and record the flow rate of pipeline media; While load cell is used to measure the weight of the filter cake in order to determine the feeding degree of the filter press.
