XUDA ENVIRO-TECH Dispatches After-Sales Team to Commission Uzbekistan Zinc Smelting Filter Press Project
In July 2025, the installation of all 16 filter presses customized by XUDA ENVIRO-TECH for a hydrometallurgical plant in Uzbekistan was completed. Our engineers are currently on-site providing equipment supervision, commissioning services, and operator training for the customer. XUDA supplied the complete filtration system for this project, including filter presses, feeding pump, squeezing pump, cloth washing pump, cake washing pump, and belt conveyor. Considering the highly corrosive and high-humidity operating environment, XUDA ENVIRO-TECH implemented an SS316L covering treatment on the surfaces of the supplied filter presses. Additionally, an isolated electrical control system design was adopted to prevent damage to electrical components from corrosive dust.
All equipment has now successfully undergone trial runs in both manual and automatic operating states. XUDA ENVIRO-TECH designed targeted and scientifically optimized filtration processes tailored to the material characteristics of different workshops. These processes, controlled by automated programs, efficiently execute the full sequence of steps: filter plate washing - feeding - back-blowing - squeezing - cake blowing - squeezing discharge - cake discharge. This approach significantly enhances operational efficiency while reducing the customer's labor requirements. The customer has expressed high recognition for the professionalism of XUDA's after-sales service team and the quality of the equipment!
