In April 2026, 5 sets of 1500 automatic membrane filter press systems customized by XUDA ENVIRO-TECH for Kazakhstan kaolin manufacturer LLP "Qazaq Kaolin" have been fully installed and commissioned.
In April 2026, 5 sets of 1500 automatic membrane filter press systems customized by XUDA ENVIRO-TECH for Kazakhstan kaolin manufacturer LLP "Qazaq Kaolin" have been fully installed and commissioned.
LLP "Qazaq Kaolin" owns Asia’s largest-scale kaolin mines. XUDA ENVIRO-TECH supplied a complete set of filtration equipment for its project, including filter press, feeding pumps, squeezing pumps and start-up cabinets.
All equipment has passed trial operation and been officially put into production. Tailored to the characteristics of kaolin materials, XUDA ENVIRO-TECH designed a scientific filtration process. The entire process workflow is fully under automatic control, including feeding- back blow- squeezing- cake blow- cake discharging.
XUDA ENVIRO-TECH also provided professional operational training for the customer’s on-site operators, enabling the team to master equipment operation and daily maintenance in a short time. The customer has expressed high recognition for the professionalism of XUDA's after-sales service team and the quality of the equipment!
